Just Sold in Pasco: Helping First-Time Homebuyers Get the Keys to Their Brand-New Home
There are few days in real estate better than handing first-time homebuyers the keys to their very first home!
This week, I had the opportunity to help my buyers officially close on their brand-new D.R. Horton home at 6507 Sandstone Dr in Pasco, WA. After working through the home-buying process together, seeing them standing in front of their new home with the keys made closing day even better.
Congratulations to my buyers on becoming homeowners!
A Great Team Makes a Difference
Buying a home involves a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes, and having the right people involved can make the entire experience much easier.
A huge thank you to Christina McCollum and the team at Churchill Mortgage. From approval through closing, they did a great job keeping the financing process moving and making things easy for our buyers.
The team at Ticor Title Tri-Cities also knocked it out of the park. They tag-teamed the closing and had everything recorded well before the buyers' scheduled key appointment.
And thank you to Chrissy and the D.R. Horton team for building and preparing the home and helping us get through a smooth transaction.
When the lender, title company, builder, Realtor, and buyers are all communicating and working toward the same goal, closing day can look exactly like this one did.
Buying Your First Home in the Tri-Cities?
If you're thinking about buying your first home in Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, or elsewhere in the Tri-Cities, you don't need to have everything figured out before contacting me.
That's part of my job.
I'll help you understand the process from the beginning, including:
- Connecting you with a trusted lender and getting pre-approved
- Determining a comfortable price range
- Searching for homes that actually fit your needs
- Comparing new construction and resale homes
- Touring properties and identifying potential concerns
- Writing and negotiating your offer
- Coordinating inspections, financing, appraisal, title, and deadlines
- Staying on top of the transaction all the way through closing
- And, finally, getting those keys in your hands 🔑
First-time buyer doesn't mean you have to figure it out for the first time by yourself. I'll be there to help you navigate the process and know what comes next.
Start Searching for Your First Home
Not quite ready to talk yet? That's completely fine. Start by seeing what's currently available throughout the Tri-Cities.
You can explore homes in Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, West Richland, Benton City, and surrounding communities, compare prices, and start getting a feel for what your budget can buy.
When you find something you like—or when you're ready to figure out your next step—reach out and I'll help you from there.
Ready to Become a Homeowner?
Whether you're ready to buy now or you're six months away and simply want to start preparing, I'm happy to help you build a game plan.
Congratulations again to my buyers on their first home and to everyone who helped make this closing happen.
