11 Months of Patience… and It Paid Off!

I met this wonderful couple just over 11 months ago after we connected through an online Realtor lead source. We instantly clicked, and they shared exactly what they were hoping to find: a single-level home on one very specific street with a view they absolutely love.

Early in our search, we found one that checked all the boxes. They made the drive over from Redmond, Oregon for a scheduled showing—only for me to learn, just minutes before they arrived, that the sellers had accepted another offer.

To say we were bummed was an understatement.

But they knew where they wanted to be, so we stayed patient. For the next 11 months, I kept watching and canvassing that street, waiting for another opportunity.

Yesterday, it finally happened.

A home hit the market, and I called them immediately. We video toured it twice, put together a strong offer, and submitted it.

This morning, I got to make one of my favorite calls:

“Your offer was accepted!” 🎉🏡

Eleven months of patience, persistence, and keeping our eyes on ONE street paid off.
